Fernando Escobar is the Head Sommelier at Jethro's Bistro.
Having trained at Union de la Sommellerie Française, he has gone onto a career working at some of the world's most exclusive restaurants, serving clientele including Dolly Parton, David Beckham and Elon Musk.
Whilst working for Gordon Ramsay at his Qatari bar and grill, Ramsay said that "Fernando is the one man who makes the experience here what it is. His ability to pair the perfect wine with every dish is unparalleled, and he is truly what brings the experience here all together."
Since coming to Jethro's Bistro, Fernando has flown around the world to personally visit the vineyard of every wine that we offer, and used his peerless palate to ensure your meals has the perfect companion.
